What is the Gorilla Capital Process?

  • We inspect, research, value and assess each property in our active territories that will be potentially be sold at foreclosure auction, so we can be assured we are purchasing quality homes.

What is Gorilla Capital’s earnest money policy?

    • Earnest Money is refundable for any reason for 10 days after the effective date or if the appraisal comes in lower than the agreed upon purchase price.

What is Gorilla Capital’s policy if my financing is denied?

  • You will need to provide documentation in order to receive a refund of your earnest money within 10 business days.

Does Gorilla Capital provide a Price Guarantee?

  • Yes! If you are financing one of our homes and the appraisal of the property does not meet or exceed the agreed upon purchase price, you have up to 72 hours after receipt of the appraisal to terminate your contact. Plus, Gorilla Capital will refund your earnest money!

  • If someone other than Gorilla Capital purchase the property at foreclosure auction, they may or may not price the home below market value
