Mortgage Lenders of America has earned “Mortgagee” approval with FHA and “Automatic Authority” with the Veterans Administration. These authorizations allow us to make all underwriting decisions on FHA, VA and Conventional loans.
Mortgage Lenders of America is fully approved to do Conventional, Jumbo, FHA and VA loans. Their in-house underwriting and fundings allow them to provide better service than most other lenders who often contract with third party underwriters to approve their loans.
